        Lead with Love initiative

Mrs. Altamese Williams is a Leader, Humanitarian, Visionary, Advocate, Life Enthusiast, Mentor, Speaker and Executive Director. 

She currently serves as a senior leader in the Federal Government with 13 years’ experience. 

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Management and Finance from Johnson C. Smith University in 2006 and a Master’s in Business Administration from Marymount University in 2011.

She has volunteered to serve in the ministry of Shalom Outreach Ministries for over 20 years and has been in multiple ministries in her church.

Following receiving a vision to make a Significant Impact and Lead with Love, she moved expeditiously creating goals. Lead with Love was an initiative created to raise awareness and support children in need from grade school to high school that are in challenging environments being faced with insurmountable hardship that are affecting their ability to excel and complete their studies.  Lead with Love is inspired by the will to grow an excellent spirit through Faith, Hope and Love; but the greatest of them is Love. Those who Love God must also love their brother. In the belief that people are made in the image of Christ. 

Altamese serves as facilitator in connecting human needs with resources. For that reason, we are partnered with Shalom Outreach Ministries which is a Non-Profit Organization and who has done missions for over 20 years. She has put her resources, time, and effort into this initiative to ensure that she provides the sponsors with quality information and the best education for the children in Africa.
